The Harmony Gardens Epic Road Trip has begun!
I am on the road, sharing & demonstrating my skills, and beta-testing my service packages with like-minded people: chefs, families, and small businesses. .
First stop was in the Rangitikei, under the gaze of the majestic, snowy Mt. Ruapehu. I spent time working with a family to plan and organise Functional Food recipes and menus for multiple food intolerances. I took the family a gift of my home-made calendula balm and we cooked up a storm, making a therapeutic roast chicken dinner, chicken bone broth, and chicken bone broth gravy, which was delicious and very well received! We also made dairy-free, sugar-free, vegan hemp chocolates for a sweet allergy-friendly treat.
Then, at dawn, I took the early boat to the South Island.
Next stop is Christchurch, where I am being interviewed for a podcast on enterprising women, called She Did It Anyway. I will be telling my story of healing my diagnosis of Chron's disease and Ulcerative Colitis using my range of Functional Foods, and natural therapies, and talking about how I started a business focussing on Culinary Medicine.
I am enjoying the travel, meeting new people and discussing my business. Watch this space to see what happens next!
